Free Tool to Reorder PDF Pages
Rearrange the pages of a PDF into a new order — handy for fixing a scan that came out of sequence, or reordering slides/sections before sharing a document. Upload a PDF, then click its pages in the visual picker in the order you want them to appear — each click stamps a number on that page so you can see the new order build up as you go.
Every original page must be clicked exactly once — AiFileStudio checks this and tells you if something's off, before building the reordered PDF locally in your browser.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I only want to move one page?
Click through every page in the full new order — e.g. for a 5-page PDF, moving the last page to the front means clicking it first, then pages 1 through 4 in order.
What happens if I don't click every page?
The Execute button will tell you if pages are still unnumbered — every page needs to be clicked exactly once before you can proceed.
